Getting a Physician Referral for the DEXA

Some states require a physician referral in order to get a DEXA scan for body composition. We know that going to the doctor can be time-consuming and expensive, so we are happy to handle this for you!
When checking out, you will see a link to fill out a a form which will be sent to our referring physician (pictured below). Click the link and fill out your information. Then continue checking out as usual. Once approved, your appointment can be confirmed.
